I underestimated how large this unit is however, i found a home for it and my two cats took to it immediately. They investigated it while I was setting up and once completed (which only took 10 minutes) they hopped right in and figured it out. I like that the box sends me notifications when its cleaning cycle is complete and also when the bin needs to be emptied. While it is a pricey purchase, I am SO happy to not have to sift litter every single day. A crappy chore that use to take me 5 minutes a day (plus a few more to clean the litter that escaped their previous box) now only takes me a minute. I open the bin, tie the bag shut and replace the waste bag. That’s it! The machine is also SUPER quiet. My cats and dogs are unbothered by the noise it makes and I don’t even hear it from the next room. I freaking love this thing!!

For the size of the tray, it can handle 4 to 5 cats without having to empty out tray for at least a few days with the odor lock and scent control it has built in to its design but the tray is difficult to put in even when careful and taking ones time, and then it can be difficult to get it in there right with the bag so the "good to go 🚨 light sensor 🕯️"says it's good to go. Regardless, this thing is awesome, and would be a easy 5-star had the tray been easier to load and had a little more capacity in my opinion.

I bought this in hopes my 2 cats would use this especially for when I spend a few days away. It took time but my 10 yr old cat slowly accepted it and uses it most of the time. She seems to enjoy watching it in cleaning mode. It’s nice that cats cannot ever get stuck in it because there’s a safeguard to prevent that. My 12 yr old girl absolutely refuses. She does have some arthritis and it is high for her to get into so that is definitely a negative. So I still have a second litter box upstairs and another downstairs in laundry room. I was hoping to have less than 3 but even the 10 yr old will still also go in the regular litter boxes. I was able to buy this on sale but the price is prohibitive so I probably would not have spent the money if I had to do it again. I hope it holds up for along time for what I spent on it.
I bought one of these for my cats and loved it so much I bought one for my daughters cats. It takes them awhile to accept it, but there is no waste of litter. I've already saved money on using less litter.
This a quiet, efficient use litter so far. I have had it a few weeks with no issues. Definitely a gamer changer with 2 cays not having to clean box twice a day.
We took a chance on the knock version of the original, and so glad we did. This thing is life changing. Not only am I not scooping stinky litter, it’s saving money by using WAY LESS! My macho fireman husband wasn’t crazy about cats, and my daughter found two kittens at her college house. The thing senses when they go, and because it’s instant the litter doesn’t spread so the clumps are small. All you do is lift the (light) outer shell, pull the tray out from the bottom and either dump it or pull the bag out specifically made for this (you can also get off brands from Amazon of the bags). I forget to add litter sometimes because we go so long without having to add it. One less star because very occasionally it doesn’t work, we have to push the button manually and let ut go through its cycle.
I love this thing. Very low odor, easy to use, app is awesome, very quiet- worth the moneys for sure. Only minor issues I’ve run into were fixed by unplugging and replugging the littler box in. The cats also really like it, including my young kitten. Get this one!!!
Getting my cat used to a new "place to go" took a few days, but all is working out fine.
I sometimes work several long days in a row and have 4 cats. I used to come home to surprises if I forgot to scoop for a day or two. I’m big on having a home that doesn’t look/smell like it’s overrun by animals. My mental health has flourished and my home-stressors have diminished with this thing (iykyk). I switch out the bag in about 30 seconds when I feed them in the morning. Way cleaner and faster than scooping. Wish I’d switched sooner. Yes, it sometimes stops running. It will stop if the bin is full or if it detects a potential electrical short. The app will notify you for every shoveling and any issues. If I notice I haven’t seen any notifications in a while, I just open the app to check. Blends in better in my utility room than the spaceship-looking litter robots and much cheaper. Bags it comes with are meh, but they work. The Amazon recommended ones are nicer. Will recommend this thing to everyone who needs to catch a mental break day-to-day.
This product has literally improved my life so much. No more scooping the litter box! My cats (even my nervous one) started using it immediately and have had no issues. It’s quiet when it cleans itself and doesn’t startle them. The motion sensor feature works great and pauses the cleaning cycle as soon as it senses one of them approaching the box, then starts it up again once there’s no motion. It doesn’t smell at all since it traps everything in the tray underneath. The included trash bags fit the tray perfectly. It’s so easy to just grab the bag and throw it all away. I love this thing!
I bought this litter box so I wouldn’t have to scoop anymore and it’s made taking care of the cat box so much worse. It constantly gets jammed up and rendered unusable which has created issues with my cats going outside of the box despite it being emptied multiple times a day and using the suggested litter. I have to disassemble and reset it multiple times a week. At this point I’d just rather scoop. Can’t believe how much money this cost me and how much extra work it has caused.
If you own more than one cat, you need this litter box. After researching I went with LOVE. It looks great, not as big as you would think it would be. I have it in a pretty small space in a corner and doesn’t take much room at all. As expected my cats were terrified of it. Not going to lie one of them was pooping under the bed for a couple weeks. My older cat got used to it pretty quickly, but my youngest cat hated it. Probably the pooper honestly lol. It’s very easy to use and come with an app to track your pets usage. FYI- this litter box runs off 2G!! I’ve read in other reviews you can connect to 5G but it’s a pain in the butt. Luckily I have both so it wasn’t an issue. I love the app because you can control the litter box from there also. It’s funny to see how many time they use the litter box. Mine are about 5-7 times a day between the 2 cats I have. You remember all that sitting in the old litter box stinking up the house. Gross!! It’s more hygienic for the cats. Always a clean box to use. The waste bin is decently sized. I have a pretty large hand for a female, but it holds a good amount of waste. I empty it every 3-4 days. The app will notify you when it’s full. I wish I would have bought one sooner. Even for just one cat!! It’s made cleaning and taking care of their waster so much easier.
A friend bought me this litter box as a thank you gift and I loved it so much I bought a second one! Only issues I have encountered (with both products) is sometimes clumps get lodged between the ball and the hood and it drags a smear between the layers. result is it VERY messy. I also wish there was a clear line of maximum litter as not to waste it (the silicone meets plastic line is inaccurate) Overall, the good outweighs the not so good
