Every order includes tracking information
You will receive a tracking number via email within 2-3 business days after your order ships to monitor your package’s journey.
Tracking not updating right away? It can take 2-5 business days for tracking events to show in the carrier system. If you have not received tracking updates after 5 business days, please contact us at support@myfamille.com and we will investigate.
Changed your mind? Return your items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
Defective or wrong item? We will cover return shipping costs and issue a replacement or full refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned package.
Important Requirements: Items must be completely unused, in original packaging, with all retail tags attached. Customers cover standard return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Need to make immediate updates? You have a strict 12-hour window after placing your order to request changes or cancellations.
Contact our support team immediately at support@myfamille.com with your explicit order number. After 12 hours, orders enter processing workflows and cannot be modified (though you may still execute a return upon delivery).
United States Customers: No duties or customs fees are levied on standard domestic configurations.
International Customers: Your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or local processing fees when your package arrives. These fees are regulated directly by your local port authority and remain the full responsibility of the recipient. We maintain no control over cross-border administrative charges.
Ordered multiple distinct items? For faster global transit speeds, items from the same order may occasionally be dispatched from separate fulfillment hubs. Each distinct parcel receives an isolated tracking string, and you will be notified via email as each package ships.
