Despite its advertised coverage of the shoulders and neck, I was disappointed to find that the backtrack only reaches the mid-shoulder blade area. Nevertheless, I adore the Thai stretch, zero gravity, and sleep function. I've used it religiously since receiving it, missing it dearly during a recent weeklong trip. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase!
